Following the exclusive agency agreement signed in April, the technical collaboration between MQ Comapany and its Indian partner Friends Engineering Works has entered a substantive phase. On May 28, Mr. Navdeep led a core technical team to MQ Company's headquarters in Taizhou for a three-week technical exchange and training program.

The visit focused on the installation standards and after-sales technical systems for MQ brand's latest generation thin-wire saw equipment. Through theoretical sessions, workshop hands-on training, and jobsite simulations, MQ Company's technical team comprehensively covered core knowledge areas including precision installation control, operation of intelligent systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Technical empowerment is at the heart of MQ’s agency partnership. Through this intensive training, Friends Engineering Works' team has developed the capability to independently manage complex working conditions. Moving forward, both parties will establish a monthly technical synchronization mechanism to ensure Indian customers receive support aligned with MQ Company's global standards.

This technical exchange marks a transition from strategic agreement to operational execution, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale application of MQ thin-wire saws in the Indian market.
